Anne Arundel County Cancer to 5K (C25K)

We are beyond thrilled to announce that not only is the Amystrong Foundation now an official partner of the Cancer to 5K Training Program - Ulman Cancer Fund but our very own Amy Feranec will also be a coach!

Cancer to 5K provides a community of support for cancer survivors through a free 12-week training program. Regardless of age, treatment status or physical ability, survivor participants run/walk alongside coaches and volunteer 'sherpas' with the ultimate goal of completing a 5K goal race. This year's race is the Baltimore Running Festival 5K. While everyone's cancer journey is different, many individuals can benefit from a weekly exercise routine.
